Our Team
Structure:
Efficiti operates as an ad-hoc project matrix organization. This model enables us to handle tasks and challenges with efficiency and speed. Fast response time and agility make Efficiti stand out from the sluggish corporate structure of other larger firms. Some of the other features that make us stand out:
Minimal overhead cost
No hidden costs: services are clearly identified. You only pay for services you need.
Efficiti is on your side: We will get multiple bids for equipment, installation, financing, etc. so you can choose the most competitive price and best service; this leads to overall project cost savings.
Fast response time: since issues are handled within a tight group, you get answers and information much faster than other firms that involve multiple layers, often slow to solve problems and communicate with customers.
