Our client is a landmark residential multifamily coop building in the upper west side of Manhattan. Efficiti got engaged to provide a new heating/cooling system design for the building to replace the existing fossil fuel boiler that was towards its end of useful life.

• This building opted for Cold Climate Heat pumps to replace its boiler and provide efficient heating and cooling year-round.

• Efficiti fully designed the new system, sized and selected the new equipment, managed the project, and applied for landmark permit and mechanical permits with the NYC Department of Buildings.

• Efficiti also applied and successfully received incentives from utility programs to cover half the project cost for the client which made this project affordable.
