Our client is the owner of an 8 unit, fully occupied multifamily building on the upper west side of Manhattan. They contacted Efficiti as they urgently needed to electrify heating and domestic hot water supply of their building; The heating and hot water was previously supplied by an adjacent building's boiler. As the end of client's heating contract with their neighbor was fast approaching and they could no longer be supplied by this building, they looked for an alternative. Efficiti is providing:

• Project Management for electrical upgrade and plumbing work needed
